> Seipp contractors have just finished installation of stormwater pipe along Norah street and have left the manhole in the attached photo sitting proud of the finished road surface. Very poor quality finish and Likely to damage vehicles and dangerous for cyclists. Localised asphalt fillet required around manhole.
