> I have complained about the rubbish and weeds in the entrance to the Richmond Village shopping center before and was told that the entrance off North Avon is the responsibility of the landlord. No improvement has been made and the area is getting more and more unkempt. Surely the council can put pressure on the owner to clean this up? The shops on the other side of the carpark and the Stanmore rd entrance have been fixed and obviously have a different landlord. Your advice re next steps please.
