> Date of incident: 6 Dec 2017 Time of incident: 2:00am until at least 2:15am Location: Muka Park, Prestons Details: Woken up by noise from Muka Park playground. A group of about a dozen people were gathered, laughing, calling out, and talking loudly. Not rowdy, but clearly audible from over 80 metres away. Appeared to be on grass mound at northern end of skate mound, and sounded like mid to late teens. Not sure how long they were there, as I was able to get back to sleep after I closed all windows and doors. Supporting media available: Audio recording
