> Date of incident: 27 Dec 2017 Time of incident: 10:15pm until approximately 10:35pm Location: Muka Park, Prestons Details: Two or three people on skateboards, using skate path. Either young adults or older teens. Very cold (10 degrees) and fully dark outside. Mostly at north end of skate path, possibly on Raranga street or using street furniture. Impact noise from skateboards, and voices, clearly audible from 100 metres away. Supporting media available: Audio recording
