> Hi, I like to report some white paint spillage on public road which is a hazard. It has already caused damage to my car when I drove through it. I wonder if it has been spilled by a road marking contractor. If so, I would be grateful if you can provide me with their contact. I guess someone will need to clean up this mess and you would want to know who is the culprit too.
