> Public Toilet facilities at North Beach surf club are very unclean. Faeces all over exterior of toilet bowl and floor. No toilet paper in either toilet. With the warm weather, the New Brighton Beaches are in high use. At 8.30om this evening, the beaches were full of people. The toilet facilities need to be cleaned and replenished with paper accordingly.
