> This car has been parked unattended for some weeks and owner has left overseas, leaving the owners at 276 Hendersons Road To sell vehicle as over a broken drain which needs repair. Can a notice be issued on this vehicle as I have requested the people at 276 Hendersons Road to move it to know avail , and I have also put a SnapSolve request through for drain repair.
