> In January 10 I sent a ‘snap send solve’ notification that a tree branch had fallen in the wind onto the footpath, and I requested for this to cleared and the tree checked for any branches in danger of falling. This large branch is still on the berm/footpath. (This is not my property address). On 08/02 I received an email asking me to rate ‘snap send solve’. Please let me know if I should be checking the tree, chopping this up the dead branch into smaller pieces, and then transporting this to the dump myself? Thank you, Nicholas.
