> The pathway along the pipeline between Richmond Hill and Clifton Hill looks as though it is going to be fenced off by a private home owner. This means no access and loss of the style and dog gate. This is a huge obstruction! This path is used daily by many many people. Can you please come and relocate the gate and style or negotiate with the land owner please ASAP. Thank you so much
