> Flooding on road from gutters not working again I have cleared the gutters of leaves and debris but with the rainfall there is no flow in the gutters This has happened continually since the earthquakes 2017 the property across the road at 69 Wiggins st had flooding and that property had extra drain out in - it no longer floods across the road But continues to flood our side and we cannot park cars there because we cannot access them and if the rain doesn’t stop the property will take in wTer Thank you for reading
