No traffic management, blocking footpath and road (An Large black ute had to drive around this vehicle - on the wrong side of the road as I was watching - so dangerous) This particular contractor of his - JTL324 truck 419 Allied Concrete. Every on of these offenses that I’ve sent in for this address is Nick next door, both the Council (John Higgins) and the Police have spoken to him about what is, and isn’t legal - but he persists
