> Enable are installing fibre in Hilldale/Braebourne St. Traffic layout is very confusing. Have made street one way but very hard to figure out what side. Cars have parked on street which makes the lanes narrow and a safety issue. They’ve also made a pitiful attempt to manage sediment run off outside of 13/15 Hilldale Place with Bio sock that will get run over repeatedly by owners. Probably better off putting filter cloth in sump.
