> Hi Team. The council contractors were at Scruttons reserve today but have left behind an untidy black plastic bag full of rubbish. They also had a mower with them but it was too big to get into the reserve. The lawn at the rear of the reserve is getting quite long and untidy now. I think they need to bring in a smaller mower to access that area. Cheers.
