> We’ve been enjoying the south chch market at the library however when the library isn’t open before 10 there are no toilets nearby. Also there are no bins! We take out dog so she can socialise but where can I put the poo bag?!!! All the bins are locked! This doesn’t encourage dog owners to pick up the poo! Hope to see more bins and a public toilet installed soon thanks
