> Hi is this is the second time I have reported this. Maintenance staff open the barrier ' then and take the Padlock away, leaving the barrier down. This is a hazard to cyclists. A better procedure would be to open the barrier, move the vehicle past, and relock the barrier. I'm sure worksafe would agree. The first step in hazard management is to eliminate the hazard, not walk away.
