> The grass verge on Manarola Rd has NO home owner who is, or should be responsible for for mowing the berms. This road was put in, between two homes, 20 years after those homes were built. It is unrealistic to expect the home owners on Henderson Road should be responsible for mowing. CCC needs to find which dept will care the grass berms, at entrance to Halswell Commons housing development At the moment it looks disgusting And is disingenuous to the current 100 ratenpayers
