> There are motorcycles using the harewood Rd pedestrian and bicycle underpass on a daily basis. Nobody stops them, there is nothing to deter them - it's an accident waiting to happen. Can you install a camera to catch their license plate and fine them? I don't want to get knocked over in a pedestrian zone.
