> Two overflowing sumps on roadside near 22 Peninsula rd. One has an old bund and a some sediment adjacent but the other is free of sediment, water discolored and green sludge in the gutter adjacent. Worth noting a sewage manhole is immediately next to sump. Resident said it is often much worse and always overflowing.
