> I am a paraplegic use a power chair wheelchair I was going for a new adventure came across this it’s parth way next to railway lines probably close to 60 meters of damage footpath extremely dangerous for myself as the small gradient shakes wheelchair don’t want to fall out plus thinking of other people elderly in wheelchair or blind people this would be worse I ever see unsafe footpath next to Papanui high school map attached in photo marked in worse area thanks Anthony
