> There has been some filthy member of our community use poor PAK’nSAVE Northlands’ shopping trolley to push their unwanted junk out onto the street. I’m hoping the CCC can help with removing the rubbish. I have reported the trolley to PnS Northlands it the poor guy can’t collect it with the junk in it.
