> Hedge clippings need picked up. For the third year in a row local residents have had to tend to the hedge by the Forgan Lane tennis courts. The previous request failed to attain any action. The contractor now only had to top the hedge and pick up the clippings. I don’t know why the council continues to engage with this contractor. Clearly they have no interest in proper hedge maintenance.
