> Have serious concerns about the safety of the play equipment at Flips and Tumbles and whether what is constructed has, or should have a building consent, as there are multiple areas accessible to young children where they are able to fall approximately 5m onto a concrete floor. It’s only a matter of time before a child suffers a significant fall which could cause serious death or injury. Ironically the viewing area has railing to prevent falls, but the play equipment doesn’t.
