Christchurch Central City, Christchurch · filed 10 December 2023 · report 4009279

> SAFETY CONCERN AND DAMAGE TO PUBLIC & PRIVATE PROPERTY: The e-scooters are terrorising inner city residents within their own private property and in public parks. The speed at which these scooters can travel should be severally restricted through the private residential areas alongside Rauora Park, and within the park. This would help limit the risk to peoples safety and the damage to civic spaces. The pictures are taken throughout Rauora Park, and within the residential developments adjacent.
