> This toilet is located at the bottom of Bowenvale avenue. It hasn't been cleaned for some time - there are three empty toilet rolls and no paper in the holder. There is significant rubbish well imbedded onto the floor and at the entry, numerous items of old clothing. This is a frequently used toilet by people walking and biking up Rapaki and needs to be routinely cleaned.
