> Windows around the upstairs entrance to the Pier building are very dirty, covered in bird poo, prevents customers seeing the menu board inside the foyer. Need REGULAR cleaning, as customers complain - they have come to the restaurant for the view, and the windows here and in the restaurant are very dirty.
