> 67 Gardiners Road, Bishopdale. House was newly built and footpath and driveway was destroyed at the time at least 2 years ago. Uneven gravel surface on council footpath and driveway a trip hazard. Neighbour is elderly and uses a walking frame and struggles to get over the gravel surface. Although council land, damage occurred because of building contractors and house owner who did a decent amount of the build himself. I think the owners should pay to have it fixed, not the rate payer.
