> Hi there. Abandoned, vacant lot at the property 648 Avonside Drive, Avonside, Christchurch. Owner has done nothing to keep vegetation and weeds on their property to a safe level. In summer this is now a fire hazard to the local street. Especially given the vagrant people who choose to reside in the overgrown vegetation overnight on several occasions. This property is a dangerous fire hazard now.
