https://www.chch.live/report/4075855

> Abandoned car on Bower Ave. Its been there for a number of months now. It has no registration plates but the registration is still visible in the windscreen. The vehicle is not able to be driven due to flat tyres. Looks like it has been towed to Bower Ave and left there.
