> Last night I made a Snap Send Solve report about people coming back to pick the Council's flowers. This morning I counted 33 holes where, last night, they removed whole flower and foliage plants. There could have been more taken, it was hard to tell in places where the garden was trampled. I shine a torch on them but they are used to it and know that nothing else happens. They just carry on.
