> Water is released from an outlet adjacent to 175 Richmond Hill Road a few times a day. I have been told by a neighbour that this release is intentional. There is a lot of water being wasted if this is indeed intentional but that is not my issue. This morning the flow to the drain at around 169 Richmond Hill Road was so heavy that it overflowed down my driveway (at 171). My driveway does obviously not have drainage designed to accommodate this overflow. Could you please contact me to discuss.
