> When it rains, this section of Arlington Street (between 55 Arlington and 35 Witbrock) always drains poorly. I often check for and clear leaves, but the water still ponds in places. I suspect tree roots (from the berm outside 35 Witbrock) have affected the gutter alignment: there's a point (hard to photograph) where the surface seems raised.
