> This leak has been coming from the property for at least a year. The property has not been occupied (legally) since 2010 approx. I'd like someone to take ownership of this problem instead of passing it to contractors and a box being ticked. We are asked to conserve water! Also, there is a fire risk because of long grass etc. Plus rubbish has been left. This is not the first time that I and others have reported this.
