# General Request, Bridge of Remembrance Cashel Street, Christchurch Central City, Christchurch, New Zealand

Christchurch Central City, Christchurch · filed 10 January 2024 · report 4122151

> I was deeply saddened and concerned during a recent visit to the heart of our city. After a delightful meal with my Israeli relatives, our experience was marred by the discovery of sticker labels on light poles, traffic poles, and handrails that conveyed messages of hatred towards Israel. It was shocking and disheartening for my family to witness this. I earnestly request that the city council take immediate action to remove these offensive materials. Their presence not only tarnishes our city.
