> The grass area between Avonhead primary school on the North side of the school field (since the school erected a new fence) and the house next door is very overgrown with weeds/grass etc. Is this area, which is a walkway between Avonhead Rd & Ferrier park the school's responsibility to keep tidy or the council. Would love to have it routinely tidy as it is used frequently by walkers in the area. Many thanks Natalie Ward
