> The stream which runs through our shared drive way seems to have had city care clean the stream, same as last time the waste has been left on private property. Also it appears the debris and build has not been removed from under the bridge. If there is an intention to pick up this waste at a later date, it would be appreciated if a notification was left. OR, if no intention....this not acceptable, just pure laziness. Remember this private land not a tip site. NB:This is a repeat event. Thank you
