> The area outside my drive has had water in the gutters for the last two weeks. It’s been too hot and dry for this not to be some sort of leak, but it is unclear from where. Based on the water clarity I would assume that it is not sewer but could be mains or storm water. I have checked my meter and there was no usage while all of my taps are off.
