> The flooding and elevated manhole tops issues in Merivale Lane that have been brought to CCC attention previously are unresolved and yet I have received notification about in the post that Merivale Lane is to be resealed (CN4218) on w/o 17/1/24. Please receive this as a reminder that these issues (poor drainage & elevated manhole tops) are, in my view, significant safety hazards.
