# General Request, 36 Union Street, New Brighton, Christchurch, New Zealand

New Brighton, Christchurch · filed 16 January 2024 · report 4148823
https://www.chch.live/report/4148823

> 36 Union St is a former Plunket building, now abandoned and not maintained. I think it is owned by CCC. Homeless people are regularly bringing furniture onto the site and living in the verandah of the building. They are often drinking during the day and loud at night. Nearby residents do not feel safe.
