> The neighbour is over watering putting the sprinkler on for an hour in the same location which causes a river on our property. An approach yields abuse and now she runs the sprinkler 3-4 hours a day in the same spot presumably to annoy us. This means several thousands of litres water is being wasted as she has weeds for a garden. Looking at the CCC water reporter they don't seem to be charged for their water use which suggests a faulty water meter or they are using someone else's water.
