> One of our stormwater drains in our property has been overflowing so we had our drain guy out to clear/clean it. He has found that the water is bubbling up through cracks in the footpath. In October 2021 the CCC removed a stormwater gutter outlet outside our property when upgrading the main stormwater line. They said it wasn’t connected to any stormwater pipe on the property. However, as the water is bubbling up in the exact location, it appears as though you’ve capped our active outlet
