> Water is flowing from the grey lid in the photo towards the letterbox of number 12 and underground. Hard to see the water in the photo sorry, but it is actively flowing even in dry weather. We reported this a couple of years ago, and it seemed to stop but has since restarted. We've noticed some seepage from our retaining walls beside the path (we live down hill at 20 Happy Home Road), which may be related to this leak if it has found a path through the soil.
