> Hi just sending in my daily complaint over this dumped rubbish. It's an abandoned trolley that has been repeatedly logged to the warehouse via snap send solve and to the ccc as well. Please log complaint that our current waste bylaw is inadequate to deal with shopping trolleys and use this as the case study example of how the system is broken. Thank you
