> The vehicle has been parked outside our property for over 9 months. We have made many reports to the council and all that happens is it ticketed for not having a warrant or rego. The car belonged to people who have left NZ. It has bags of rubbish inside that are attracting pests. Importantly it is parked dangerously close to the curb meaning entering and leaving our property is very risky. If some is injured or worse the council will culpable for not rectify a clear safety issue. Please help!
