> Over the last 6 months or so, uber eats and door dash rubbish have been dumped outside our house. This occurs every weekend. It appears to be addressed to a person called "Praveen Raja". We have had to put down rat poison as we believe the pizza crusts and other food that is being dumped on a continuous basis is attracting rodents. Furthermore the rubbish gets scattered in the wind. And we are constantly having to deal with it. What is the process with dealing with people dumping rubbish?
