> Flooding at 466 lower styx rd was told non return valve was installed to stop water from ditch flowing back up our drainage pipe this wasnt done only a flap over the pipe ditch also is filled up with dirt and needs digging out as our land has sunk water is now backflowing from the ditch to our property so we are getting the stormwater as well as our own
