> Would it be possible to request that the owner of this vehicle parks further away from the vehicular access to the houses at the bottom of the slope. It makes turning left extremely difficult. I appreciate that with the many vehicles around with building work parking is at a premium. Recently a resident reversing out of their drive hit it. Even with other parking options this owner will still park there causing difficulties.
