> On 17/04/2018 Locon Ltd under instruction from our insurance provider have sent us a report for our storm water services within our property. The summary for the storm water is as follows: There is large earthquake damage throughout the storm water line. This is made evident by the consistency and severity of defects throughout. A full storm water replacement is recommended. As the insurance only covers up to our boundary the last 3 meters is CCC care to the Curb . Knowingly this storm water outside our boundary over and above earthquake damage has been damaged twice by other services. I believe this is pertinent to let you know as to our intentions to replace our system and would like the CCC to check and ensure there component is fine to connect too, equally doesn’t need replacing. If this does need replacing it would make sense that we complete this work at the same time.
