> Parking is allowed on St. Albans street too close to the intersection at Papanui. It makes creates a bottleneck on St. Albans resulting in 3-4 interactions to get through the light every morning. With cars parked too close to the intersection no one can get over into the turning lane to go left. It is a headache every day.
