> A neighbour has left his dog’s poo on the berm outside our house. He kicked it for good measure. I believe he lives in Forge Close., and walks his black Labrador between 5 and 6am on weekdays. I will pick up the poo on bin day if it is still there, but he needs a fine if you can identify him. There are no other black labs being walked past here regularly.
