> I was cycling in a bike lane on Halswell Junction Road ( 368 ) and I had to veer out into the traffic to avoid this structure that is blocking the lane. I can’t understand why it is there as it certainly makes cycling dangerous. Can it be removed or cut down so a cyclist can go between it and the gutter. Thanks in advance. Chris
